The Practice Of Moving Joy with Monica

An embodied conscious movement practice that dives into the profound connections between the body and mind. 

What to Expect: In this regular online class, I will combine my expertise in dance movement research, Qi Gong, Laughter Yoga, and meditation to create a transformative experience.

How to Participate: By sending an email to with your full name, email and telephone number. In the subject of the email write "I participate in Moving Joy". Please specify if you will join on zoom or receive the recording.
You will then receive the zoom link via email.
